CHAIR:

Ron Bates is Mayor Pro Tem of the City of Los Alamitos; Immediate Past President of the League of California Cities; Chairman of the Transportation Committee of the Southern California Association of Governments. Ron holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Southern California. He is a former City Manager for the City of Buena Park and presently serves as a consultant to municipal government. (Graduate of Leadership Southern California)

MEMBERS:

Shirley Bailey is the General Manager of the Rossmoor Community Services District, a special district providing municipal services, (non-public safety) to the Community of Rossmoor.

Michelle Bandoian is a resident of Long Beach and works as a Manager for Boeing Aircraft in Seal Beach. (Graduate of Leadership Southern California.)

Bob Clark is a resident of Long Beach, Bob is a financial planner for Transamerica, Inc. Bob is a graduate of Leadership Southern California and President of the LSC Alumni Association.

Jill Dominguez works for 'New Economics for Women' and organization dedicated to helping women succeed. Jill is a graduate of Leadership Southern California and resides in Westminister.

Anatole Falagan is a Project Manager for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and an LSC graduate. He resides in Huntington Beach.

Stephanie Metzler is employed by the Southern California Gas Company where she serves as their liaison to local government in Orange County. A resident of Santa Ana, Stephanie is also a graduate of Leadership Southern California.

Andrea Paredas serves as the Neighborhood Coordinator for the City of Anaheim. Andrea is a graduate of Leadership Southern California.

William Phillips is a Project Manager for TELLUS Corporation specializing in land use planning. In this position, Bill interacts regularly with local governments throughout Southern California. He is an LSC graduate and resides in Aliso Viejo.

Johnathon Hou represents the SCAG Regional Advisory Council on the Orange County Team. He operates All American Soils, an geological survey firm in Santa Ana.

Catherine Scudder is a resident of Anaheim. Catherine works for Southern California Edison where she serves as a liaison to local government. (Graduate of Leadership Southern California)

Bill Sweeney is the Finance Director of the City of Anaheim. Bill has been actively involved in numerous local governments and projects including the Anaheim Pond.

Ben Sutherlin is the Director of the Los Alamitos Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Los Alamitos.

Virginia Wilson is an elected member of the Los Alamitos Unified School District. She is a member of a number of educational organizations and has represented her district in local matters and in Washington, D.C.
